WE’RE STILL HIRING!

Our Howard Street Pub team is coming together, and we’re getting SO close to opening! We’ve filled most of our positions, but we still have a few spots we’d love to fill before opening our doors in Oxford.

Our biggest need right now is KITCHEN STAFF, especially those looking for full-time and/or daytime hours.

We’re currently looking for:

Line Cooks & Prep Cooks and Dishwashers

Pay starts at $18/hour, with the potential for more depending on experience, availability and hours.

And no experience is necessary—we’re happy to train the right people! If you’re dependable, ready to work and want to be part of a brand-new locally owned restaurant, we’d love to hear from you.

Howard Street got the pleasure of hosting our first private event in the space last night. While we’re not quite ready to be open to the public yet it was very exciting to see the place take shape with people inside!

Well… this wasn’t exactly the original plan, but we’re pretty excited about it. 🤠🧡

We originally thought we’d be spending Dan Patch weekend welcoming you through the doors of Howard Street Pub, but with our opening now pushed into October, we’re going back to where it all started instead — Twisted Grub will be at Dan Patch Days!

Dan Patch was the very first festival we ever did, so getting to set up the food truck right here in Oxford again is always pretty special to us. This community has supported Twisted Grub from the beginning, and now you’re supporting us as we take on our biggest adventure yet with Howard Street Pub. 🧡

And since we know you’ve all been patiently waiting to get a taste of what’s coming… we’re bringing a little Howard Street Pub with us. 👀

Our Dan Patch menu will have plenty of your Twisted Grub favorites PLUS a few Howard Street Pub menu items, including the Llano Estacado Plate, Southwest Bowl, smoked wings and The Rio Sandwich!

Howard Street Pub opens this fall, and we're building our kitchen team first — Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers, we need you now.

Back of House (priority hiring):

Line Cooks - $16-$18/hr pay
Prep Cooks - $16-$18/hr pay
Dishwashers- $14-$15/hr pay

Also hiring Front of House:

Hosts/Hostesses
Servers
Bartenders (21+)
Bussers

What we're looking for:

No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Applicants must be 14 years or older for most positions. Bartenders must be at least 21.

Interviews are happening now — kitchen roles especially, since opening day is only about a month out!

🎉 Welcome to Howard Street Pub!

We are excited to officially introduce Howard Street Pub, a family-friendly restaurant and bar coming to the historic Oxford Town Square!

Howard Street Pub is the next chapter from the teams behind two local favorites—Twisted Grub and Leuck Construction. Together, we’re combining our passion for great food, quality craftsmanship, and community to create something truly special for Oxford and the surrounding area.

Inspired by our New Mexico roots with a Tex-Mex and BBQ flair, our menu will feature smoked meats, hand-cut steaks, burgers, tacos, and house favorites—all made with quality ingredients and plenty of flavor.
