The Oxford DDA has confirmed that Soup and Stroll is officially sold out with 1,600 tickets distributed. This will be one of the highest-traffic nights of the year in downtown Oxford.

This event draws more than 1,500 visitors downtown each year, and we are curating a strong mix of local makers, small businesses, and holiday-themed vendors. To ensure fairness and maintain a balanced layout, each vendor is limited to one space, and all spots will be assigned by our team.

Space is limited, so securing your spot early is encouraged. We will provide your placement details and all event instructions prior to event..

Community Input Needed – Holiday Marketplace Opportunity!

Oxford friends and neighbors — we’re looking to see who would be interested in taking part in a special Holiday Marketplace on Friday, December 5th, 2025, during the annual Soup & Stroll, an event that has consistently brought 1,500+ visitors to downtown Oxford for over three years running.

This evening always draws strong foot traffic, and we’re exploring whether there’s enough vendor interest to host a curated marketplace featuring local makers, boutique shops, small businesses, and holiday-themed goods.

Before we finalize anything, we want to hear from you:

✨ What types of products or displays would you bring?
