Howard Street Pub is opening in September 2026, and we’re looking for amazing people to join our team!

We’re currently hiring for Front of House, Back of House, and potential leadership positions.

Front of House
• Hosts/Hostesses

• Bartenders (21+)
• Bussers

Back of House
• Line Cooks
• Prep Cooks
• Dishwashers

What we’re looking for:
✔ Positive attitudes
✔ Reliability
✔ Team players who enjoy serving others

No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

Applicants must be 14 years or older for most positions. Bartenders must be at least 21 years old.

Safe to say this has been a dream that’s been in the works for a long time, and we’re so excited to OFFICIALLY announce it to everyone.

We’d love your support as we begin this new chapter. Twisted Grub isn't going anywhere, were simply getting bigger and better! If you could take a second to like and follow our new Howard Street Pub page and invite your friends, it would mean the world to us.

We are excited to officially introduce Howard Street Pub, a family-friendly restaurant and bar coming to the historic Oxford Town Square!

Howard Street Pub is the next chapter from the teams behind two local favorites—Twisted Grub and Leuck Construction. Together, we’re combining our passion for great food, quality craftsmanship, and community to create something truly special for Oxford and the surrounding area.

Inspired by our New Mexico roots with a Tex-Mex and BBQ flair, our menu will feature smoked meats, hand-cut steaks, burgers, tacos, and house favorites—all made with quality ingredients and plenty of flavor.

As locally owned and operated Benton County businesses, our goal is to create a place where friends, families, and neighbors can gather over great food and genuine hospitality.

Showpig day turned out to be a full success and we’re all sold out! Thanks to everyone that came by and sorry if we missed you! Make sure to grab food from any of the other awesome vendors or support the spaghetti fundraiser dinner tonight!

Did a small tasting for some entrees 🔥

First is the Llano Estacado
Grilled chili lime chicken thighs, cowboy beans, corn & poblano hash, a little housemade salsa served on a charred tortilla 🐓

A salad entree we’re doing grilled gulf coast shrimp, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, pumpkin seeds tossed with a lime vinaigrette 🍤

Third is a classic NY Strip or ribeye with some melted Chipotle honey compound butter, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus 🥩

Lastly a delicious rainbow trout smoked at a high heat and glazed with an ancho molasses served up with cilantro lime garlic rice and a little cowboy caviar 🐟

We’re ready to go out here at the Fowler park for one of the best weekends of the year and we’re running a future Howard Street Pub item🔥 we’ll be opened up at 11am tomorrow going until we sell out. You know the drill by now 😅

A Southwest Bowl with garlic rice, homemade Cowboy beans, chili lime smoked chicken, corn & poblano hash finished off with a little chipotle cream

One of our favorite weekends of the year is finally here! 🇺🇸

Come see us in Fowler this Friday & Saturday at the 4th of July Festival! If you’ve never made it out, you’re truly missing one of the best small-town celebrations around. It’s a weekend our family looks forward to every year!

Wow, Oxford… you all really showed up tonight! 🤯

We definitely should have come more prepared because you all SOLD US OUT! Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by the Farmers Market and grabbed dinner with us. We hope you loved it!

If you tried The Liam or The Rio, we’d absolutely love to hear what you thought. Your feedback helps us as we continue building out our restaurant menu.
