Based right here in Oxford, IN, Twisted Grub is a fantastic local food truck. They’re famous for bringing bold flavor to every plate: from mouthwatering burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches to savory brisket quesadillas, tender pulled pork, and signature homemade BBQ.

Our goal with Howard Street Pub is to truly bring a unique experience to Oxford & Benton County.
As we get ready to open our restaurant this September, we want to do something a little different that reflects the community.

Instead of traditional restaurant linens, we’re collecting 10x10”–12x12” cotton fabric squares to use as our table napkins. Old cloth napkins, worn tablecloths, quilting scraps, or fabric pieces are all perfect.

The idea is every table will have napkins donated by you. Each square has its own story.

We hope to give your old cotton fabric squares a second life!

Every pub needs a pair of chicken sandwiches so this is ours 🔥

On the left is “The Tate” fried chicken thigh, drizzle of hot honey, Gouda cheese, apple slaw, and topped with a garlic ranch.

The right we have “The Rio” (workshopping the name) it’s a chili lime grilled chicken, Pepperjack cheese, bacon, lettuce/tomato, and roasted green chili aioli.

We are so grateful for our time at The Market and will definitely still be working with them in all of our future endeavors! Stop by and see us either this Friday or next or as always just stop in there any day for their awesome menu and coffees! 🧡

Just a heads up — tomorrow and next Friday will be the last two Fridays to grab Twisted Grub at The Market 🤍

As summer rolls in, it’s getting into the busy season for Zac and the Twisted Grub food truck and catering side of the business, and with Howard Street Pub coming later this year, it felt like a natural time for us to transition into serving our own menu full-time at The Market.

We’ve truly loved having Twisted Grub be part of The Market over the past months and are so thankful for all the support you all have shown them here. We’re excited to cheer them on as they head into this next season and can’t wait to see Howard Street Pub open this fall.

And don’t worry — we’ll absolutely still be looking for opportunities to collaborate together in the future 🤍

It’s shaping up to be a beautiful day in Fowler! We have already been slinging the tacos and quesadillas out here at the softball fields in Fowler for Opening Day! We will be here until 7pm (if we don’t sell out before then). Come get some grub 🔥

We’re gearing up for a great weekend in Benton County! First up don’t forget to stop by The Market tomorrow for breakfast or lunch with us. Then Saturday we’re parked out at the Softball fields in Fowler from 11am-7pm for Opening Day! Come out and cheer on your favorite player or just grab some grub on what should be a beautiful day! Can’t wait to see all of you!
