Some cocktails are inspired by a place. This one was inspired by a feeling.

Created by Classic bartender Molly, Endless Summer captures everything she loves about the season—lingering evenings, colorful sunsets, and gathering with friends over great food and drinks. Made with Empress Gin, fresh lemon juice, agave, and topped with Prosecco, it even transforms from deep indigo to a beautiful lavender as it’s mixed.

Recipe:
🍸 2 oz Empress Gin
🍋 ½ oz fresh lemon juice
🍯 ½ oz agave nectar
🥂 Top with Prosecco
🍋 Garnish with a lemon twist

Shake the gin, agave, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute, top with Prosecco, and garnish.

Here’s to making summer last just a little bit longer. ☀️

When guests arrive at their tables to find a beautifully plated salad or appetizer already waiting, dinner service begins more efficiently, conversations start sooner, and your timeline stays on track especially for larger events or programs with speeches and entertainment.
