‼️Attention Vendors‼️
We are in need of some food and craft vendors for some upcoming dates! If you’re interested in any of the dates below, please reach out to us! You can send us a message here or shoot us a text at 573-205-5063!
🟢 Sept 5, 2025: 6-10pm - 1-2 spots available (a vendor with dinner items available would be great for this evening)
🟢 Oct 4, 2024: Track R’ Treat Event - 5-6pm
For this event, we’re looking for anyone with an ATV/UTV that would like to decorate their ATV/UTV and then park along the track to pass out candy and participate in this track ‘r treat. Guests will walk the track and stop at each vehicle to collect treats and then exit. The track is 1/2 mile long so we have plenty of space to fill. The more the scarier! 🎃
🟢 Oct 4, 2025: Harvest Festival - 6-10pm
We are looking for 3-5 food/treat vendors and 2-4 craft vendors that would like to set up on site and sell their goodies! If you have a special Halloween treat, food or item you’ve been wanting to try out, this would be the perfect time to give it a shot!
We will have some other openings throughout September and October, so if you can’t make one of the dates above but still want to come out, stay tuned for another date!
We are also still looking for Halloween decorations that you’re trying to get rid of or are willing to loan to us for a weekend at the beginning of October! We promise to take great care of them and return them right away! 😊reach out to us if you or someone you know may have something!
