This building is ideal for any event and can seat 225 comfortably. Included in the rental is the setup and teardown of all the tables and chairs. This building has a full kitchen area and can be decorated as elaborately as you would like to decorate it! Included in the price is the use of the 6' rectangular tables and folding chairs. This building can be used for weddings, receptions, anniversary parties, meetings and many other events.

Rental includes setup and teardown of the tables and chairs and will be set to your specifications. The building holds roughly 325-340 people with tables and chairs and includes a dance floor, full kitchen area, commercial ice machine and fountain soda (pop) machine all included in the price.
