💿Album of the Week💿

Young Dolph - Bulletproof

The Memphis hip-hop sound is legendary. Dolph took it to another level. His ad-libs and beats are one of one. His aura was undeniable. He put this album together after getting shot at in Charlotte, NC. Reports said up to 100 shots were fired at his custom bulletproof SUV. Dolph then used the song names on the album to clap back at his enemies. I’ll list the songs in order:

100 Shots
In Charlotte
But I’m Bulletproof
So F**’em
That’s How I Feel
All Of Them
I’m So Real
I Pray For My Enemies
I’m Everything You Want To Be
SMH

LEGENDARY 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I do not take any bookings I get for granted and without all of you, there is no DJ Yondell! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!! I can’t wait to continue celebrating and creating memorable events and parties for people!

💿Album of the Week💿

Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill

Hit me with all the nostalgia. If you are my age, you know Alanis is a legend. Crazy unique voice and hit after hit, this album is a classic of the 90’s. Alanis is also one of the reasons I believe the female artists of the 90’s, as a whole, were better than any other decade. I knew every word to this entire album. Mainly from reading the lyrics out of the cover of the CD case. Some of y’all don’t understand how awesome it was to have the lyrics in the book when you couldn’t just google to find out what they were saying. One of my favorite albums of the 90’s. Classic. Nostalgic. 🔥🔥

Mad Season - Above

Do you like Pearl Jam? Do you like Screaming Trees? Do you like Alice In Chains? How about all 3 together? Well hopefully by now you’ve heard of Mad Season. If not, it’s on your playlist for this week. One of my favorite albums of all time and just a masterpiece piece by Layne Staley. If you haven’t listened to it yet, here’s your sign to do so!
