Is your organization looking for a fun, highly visible way to engage with the community and get your name out there?

We’re inviting all information-only booths to sign up for our carnival game area at the 2025 Owasso Harvest Festival! This is the perfect chance to showcase your cause, interact with families, and be part of an unforgettable day of fun!

The goal is to provide free entertainment to our amazing community with the games, while also helping to promote your organization by providing a booth space at one of Owasso’s biggest traditions. This event welcomes over 10,000 people from Owasso and its surrounding communities!

Organizations that want to participate will receive a FREE booth space in exchange for providing a carnival game. Help us spread some fun, laughter, and happiness this October! 🎪

Calling all vendors! 📣 Applications for the 2025 Owasso Harvest Festival are still available! This Owasso tradition attracts over 10,000 people each year, while bringing citizens from Owasso and its surrounding communities together for a day of fun! The event is scheduled for October 11th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Redbud Festival Park.

WOW! In the three short weeks since the vendor applications have been open, we are already 35% filled up! This is your friendly reminder- if you’re interested in being part of one of Owasso’s biggest traditions, now is the time to sign up!

As a reminder, application does not constitute exclusivity for the event, although we do try to limit the number of applicants for any one type of items.

Thanks for all the support and excitement expressed so far. We’ve got some fun new additions to this year’s Harvest Festival, and we can’t wait to see it grow even more!

Something new is coming to the 2025 Owasso Harvest Festival… and we need your help! 🎉

We will be bringing a new attraction to this year’s event- a carnival game zone! We will have a limited number of booth spaces available for non-profit and informational booths looking to participate in the fun. The goal is to provide free entertainment to our amazing community with these games, while also helping to promote your organization by providing a booth space at one of Owasso’s biggest traditions.
