The sweetest, heartfelt family session - little miss Audrey is fighting Leukemia. They found out just days before this session. Sister was pretty miserable during our shoot because of the phase of treatment she was in already in. My heart ached for her and her family the entire time, but what we created together is beautiful. Her aunt reached out to me before they had been released from the hospital and we got it scheduled right away. Not that hair means anything at all, but sis has a long journey ahead of her, and to have these precious moments captured before treatment takes those curls, is treasure. 🤍
Keep Audrey and her family in your thoughts as she/they take on this fight. Mom shared - "She’s had her moments of sadness and frustration at the changes but for the most part, she’s taken the medicines, chemo, doctor visits, port sticks, blood transfusions, and everything else in stride."

Mom update: "We’re happy to share that Audrey’s CSF and bone marrow results came back with ZERO evidence of cancer cells! 🙌🏻 Leukemia is a tricky cancer that can hide all over the body but achieving zero cancer cells in these areas is a huge win and the first step to eliminating it from the rest of her body! Big thanks to everyone who has been praying with us for these results! 🧡"
