Did you know that this historic building lies on The Villas of Ovilla property? It houses a well, which at one point serviced the entire community of Ovilla!! This property is filled with history!! Be looking for updates about our next renovation project! We will utlize this area to create perfect photo shoot opportunities.

Side note:
The 1800 sq ft building that is currently being renovated actually used to be a temporary school house!!
