My grandparents celebrated 70 years of marriage this past January. On Friday, we said goodbye to my grandpa.

They were high school sweethearts, together through the Korean War, raising eleven children, decades of ordinary days, hard seasons, joyful ones, and an entire life built side by side.

Recently, when we brought my grandma to see him at the hospital, Grandpa thanked us for bringing “his girl” to him.

His girl. After 70 years of marriage.

I know a love like theirs was not effortless. Seventy years of marriage holds sacrifice, forgiveness, commitment, laughter, heartbreak, family, faith, and the choice to keep showing up for one another again and again.

But what a beautiful thing it is to spend a lifetime loving the same person.

As someone who gets to work in weddings and celebrate the beginning of so many marriages, this feels especially meaningful to me today. The wedding day is beautiful, but a lifetime together is the real love story.

Seventy years. High school sweethearts to 92 and 93. What a gift their love has been to all of us. 🤍

One year ago today, Molly and Grady gathered their favorite people and began the sweetest new chapter together.

From the heartfelt ceremony to the candlelit celebration that followed, every detail reflected who they are and the life they were building together. It was a joy to witness, and an even greater honor to help bring their vision to life.

Happy first anniversary, Molly and Grady. Wishing you many more years filled with laughter, adventure, and the same love that filled every corner of this beautiful day.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about hospitality, not as a business strategy, but as a way of making people feel genuinely cared for.

Growing up around my family’s business, , I saw firsthand how powerful simple warmth could be. People returned because they felt welcomed, remembered, and known.

Honestly, that philosophy shapes everything we do today. Beautiful details matter deeply to me, but creating an experience where people feel seen and thoughtfully cared for will always matter most.

Four years ago, I had the honor of planning Eva’s brother’s wedding.

This weekend, I was back, this time coordinating hers, and moments like this never feel lost on me.

The day was everything you hope for. Beautiful weather, a romantic setting, and a celebration that felt natural from beginning to end.

When a client trusts us to guide the process and bring their vision to life, it allows everything to unfold the way it’s meant to.

So proud of our team and the care that went into every part of this day.

After nearly two decades in this industry, I can say this with full confidence, the right team changes everything.

Some of these faces have been part of this journey for years. Others bring seasons of experience from different paths that led them here. And together, it feels aligned in a way that’s hard to put into words.

We care deeply about what we do. The flow of a timeline, the layering of a design, the way a guest feels when they walk into a space, it all matters to us.

Today marks our first wedding of the season, and stepping into it with this team feels like the beginning of something really special.
