With Grace is a one-day, retreat-style event created for photographers, planners, and wedding pros who are ready to step out of the day-to-day hustle and focus on building the business side of what they love. Here’s a glimpse of what the day includes:

Spring is peeking through our home—subtle seasonal touches, cling shamrocks on the doors, and fresh air drifting in while the kids run in the backyard. While some spend Spring Break on the beach, I’ve always spent it celebrating with family and friends at our family’s store, .

Today was no exception—beautiful weather, endless giggles, and memories made. I’m forever grateful for this legacy and the chance to share it with my husband, children and entire family.

From the carefully selected linens to the perfectly placed details, we worked closely with them to curate a design that felt both grand and inviting. Every element—from the delicate lace overlays to the refined place settings—was chosen with intention, bringing their dream celebration to life with effortless sophistication. A breathtaking celebration of love and beauty!

Last night was a moment I’ll never forget. Receiving this award is such an incredible honor, and I am beyond grateful for the journey that led me here. Growing up in my family’s catering business, I was surrounded by the magic of weddings from the very beginning. Later, as a planner, and now as a stationer, this industry has always been a part of who I am.

When my family began to grow, so did my desire to be home more on weekends and evenings, leading me to expand my business beyond planning and create Sparkman Studio. I never could have imagined how much joy it would bring—not just in the work itself, but in the friendships I’ve formed and the deeper connection I’ve found within this industry.

To the planners who have trusted me with their clients, to my family who supports me through every late night and UPS tracking fiasco, and to the Kansas City wedding vendor community—there is truly no other community like ours. Your love, support, and friendship mean everything.
