🎉Same WMB. A New Look. A Clearer Story🌐
We’ve been working on something behind the scenes… and it’s finally LIVE! 🤍
Our newly updated We Manage Better website is here—and this time, it feels much more like us.
Because while beautiful décor is part of what we create, we are planners first.
We plan. We coordinate. We manage the vendors, timelines, logistics, details—and all those little things happening behind the scenes that make an event feel effortless.
From weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate events, cultural celebrations, concerts and private events, our new website gives you a closer look at what We Manage Better is really about.
✨ Thoughtful Planning
✨ Personal Attention
✨ Trusted Vendor Connections
✨ Cultural Understanding
✨ Seamless Coordination
✨ Beautifully Executed Events
And, of course, a glimpse into some of the celebrations we’ve been fortunate enough to create along the way. 💚
New look. Same commitment. Even bigger vision.
Come explore the new WMB.

We plan it. We coordinate it. We run it.

💃 Two nights of Garba, countless smiles, and so many beautiful memories! 🕺

September 24 & 25 were truly special for us. Seeing a long line of people waiting to capture their moments at our photo booth made every hour of planning, designing, and setting up completely worth it. 🫰
From the illuminated stage to the welcoming Ganesha corner at the entrance and the photo booth that quickly became a crowd favorite—watching everyone enjoy the little details, charm, and energy we worked so hard to create was the best appreciation we could ask for. 🫶🏻
A heartfelt thank you to Gujarati Samaj of Kansas City
for bringing this incredible celebration to KC and for trusting We Manage Better yet another year. We’re grateful to continue being part of these beautiful Garba nights and the memories they create. 🙏
And a special thank you to our photography and media collaborators who worked alongside us to beautifully capture the energy, colors, details, and unforgettable moments of both nights. Your work allows these memories—and our creations—to live far beyond the event. 📸✨
Photography & Media Collaboration: Sai Teja & Vijay Ainapurapu

When the crowd loves what we create and our creative partners capture it so beautifully, all those behind-the-scenes hours feel completely worth it. 💕
Until next Garba… 💃🕺

What you see: A simple, picture-perfect magazine photo booth. 📸
😅 What you don’t see: Hours of installation, measuring, lifting, adjusting, coordinating…and the occasional “just one more adjustment!” 😂

Creating that perfect photo moment is definitely not as effortless as it looks.

But then the event starts… and we see a LONG line of people waiting just to step inside, pose, laugh and capture their moment. 🫶🏻

And suddenly? Every hour of hard work feels completely worth it.

Because at We Manage Better, we don’t just install a photo booth — we create the spot everyone wants a picture at. 📸

Looking back with a smile at the past four years… ❤️

What started as an opportunity to create a beautiful setup for Gujarati Samaj of KC has slowly become something I genuinely look forward to every year.

From Garba stages and photo booths to Ganesha setups, every year has given me a new canvas to think differently, experiment, and bring a little more of my creativity to life.

And what makes it even more special is knowing that these setups become a small part of celebrations filled with music, dance, devotion, colors and countless memories.

Four years later, the excitement is still the same — new ideas, new challenges, and that little nervousness before seeing everything finally come together!

Grateful to Gujarati Samaj of KC for trusting We Manage Better year after year and giving me the creative freedom to do what I love. 🙏❤️

Here’s to many more beautiful celebrations, creative ideas and memorable setups together. 🧿

Four years of trust. Four years of creativity. And we’re just getting started. ❤️
