Happy World Outlander Day! On this day in 1991 Diana Gabaldon's first Outlander novel was published. This year we have extra reason to celebrate because the Outlander in Concert tour launched last weekend in Scotland.

We're excited to celebrate KC's international soccer spotlight with music from the four nations being hosted in our community. Join Ensemble Ibérica on June 21 at 2 p.m. for a FREE concert exploring a rich tapestry of global musical traditions, featuring Argentine tangos, early European art music, and folkloric music from Algeria and the Netherlands.

Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all who have served and to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. In honor of the day, the Midwest Trust Center and JCCC will be closed Monday, May 25.

Congrats to our House Manager, Becky! Tonight she graduated from with her degree in nursing. Not that we’re biased, but she may have had the biggest cheering section because the Vol*Stars understood the assignment! We’re so proud of you, Becky!

That's a wrap on the 25/26 MTC Series! To everyone who joined us this year, thank you for attending live arts in our community.

This year we welcomed 28,010 patrons to 39 Series performances and 28 Arts Education performances. We could not do what we do each season without you, so thank you for your continued support.

We've got some great events lined up this summer and into next season! We look forward to seeing you again very soon.
