A little mystery, a little surprise, and a whole lot of engagement. ✨

For 54MD SKINCARE activation at the Kansas City Medspa | Botox | Lasers | GLP1 Weight Loss 25th Anniversary Party we created an interactive locker activation where guests unlocked a surprise gift behind each door.

We love dreaming up unique brand experiences that spark curiosity, encourage interaction, and leave a lasting impression.

Looking for something beyond the ordinary for your next event? Let’s bring your brand to life in an unexpected way.

When designing Ana Lucia Demmer bachelorette celebration, we wanted every detail to feel like her. Inspired by her love for yellow, we paired soft neutrals with pops of sunshine to create a setting that felt warm, elegant, and full of personality.

And it was all in the little details. From ch*****ne glasses adorned with personalized ribbons featuring each guest’s name to thoughtfully curated gifts tucked into clear stadium bags for the football-filled weekend, every element was intentional.

More than anything, we wanted this celebration to reflect Ana — her sweet, genuine personality and just how loved she is by the people around her.

Because the most memorable celebrations aren’t just beautiful. They’re personal. 💛

BIG thx to Kitsch for always supporting our events! Loved the experience with Touchland getting their incredible hand sanitizers that are second to none!!

A parking lot isn’t exactly where you picture a luxury anniversary celebration.

But that’s exactly why we love designing events.

For Aestheticare Medspa’s 25th anniversary, we weren’t just designing individual pieces—we were designing the guest experience from arrival to first impression.

The entrance had to feel intentional.
Check-in had to feel like part of the event.
And the first thing guests saw when they walked in needed to create a moment.

So we designed each piece to work together:

→ A custom architectural entrance
→ A branded check-in experience
→ A 20-foot-wide statement backdrop
→ A storytelling installation celebrating 25 years of legacy, growth, excellence and what’s ahead

Have a space that doesn’t feel event ready? That’s where we come in. Let’s transform it!

FACIAL BALANCING, REIMAGINED.

For the Galderma activation at Kansas City Medspa | Botox | Lasers | GLP1 Weight Loss 25th Anniversary party we built a display around one of the most important concepts in modern aesthetics: Facial Balancing.

Providers were on-site offering quick, personalized facial-balancing consultations using face assessment sheets — showing guests where neurotoxin or dermal filler could potentially be used to enhance their unique features. Each guest could take their personalized assessment with them as a reminder to continue the conversation and schedule a consultation.

Rather than simply showcasing products, we wanted the design to communicate the artistry behind aesthetic treatments — how proportion, contour, structure and skin quality all work together to create a balanced, natural-looking result.

This is what we love about brand activations: taking the science, strategy and story behind a product and translating it into an experience that guests can immediately understand.

A concept rooted in the industry. A design rooted in the brand. An experience designed to be remembered. That’s the A Fancy Affair KC difference!
