We have Walking Tacos, Taco Meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and salsa in a bag of Doritos. You crunch it all up pour it out and eat it like a taco salad, they are good.

Now we have Waking Enchiladas, Our Signature Blend Fajita Chicken, Homemade Queso, Fiesta Ranch and Sour Cream. You crunch all the together and pour it out, and I would have a picture but I inhaled mine!! Lyndon wants one so picture to follow! 🤤🤤🤤

First we put together some Hor D’oeuvres for the awesome people at American National Bank(also my bank!!), that Strawberry Fruit Dip is so good and that’s not even my thing!! Going to make Sophia and I some more this weekend! Then I wrapped up the day fixing up a good ol’ pot of beans and fixings for the Pool League at Starlite! Long day on the books and complete, thankful for all my clients that continually support me year after year.

Two different crowds taken care of! Tray for Early Childhood 3 Valentine Party tomorrow at Oak Hall and some Bomb Jambalaya served up for the pool league and guests at the Starlite!! Catering season is gearing up fast and spots are filling up nicely, get ahold of us for any of your catering needs this year.
