Today is International Mountain Day where the UN invites us to pause and recognize the importance of the world’s mountain regions. These landscapes hold extraordinary biodiversity, sustain local communities, and remind us how deeply we depend on Mother Nature.

For me, mountains are more than a backdrop for beautiful celebrations. Being in their presence encourages me to slow down, breathe deeper, and appreciate the quiet wonders of nature. These moments directly inform how I plan weddings: with intention, respect, and a genuine commitment to treading lightly.

Stepping into this room felt like stepping into the mountains themselves!

With snow covered peaks just beyond the glass, we designed the entire tablescape to extend that wintry calm feeling into the dining experience.

Soft white table linens and delicate blooms created a snow drift effect down the center of the table. Faux fur throws draped over chair backs added warmth and softness. And the gold accents created a cozy glow.

The result was a space that felt intimate, elegant, and completely in harmony with the surrounding landscape. A winter gathering that wrapped guests in beauty from every direction.

There was just enough to feel like the mountains were celebrating with them. ❄️ Wrapped in a blanket, surrounded by peaks dusted in white, and laughing through the cold, these two said “yes” in the most magical way.

I’ve been traveling all over the world lately, but had to pause and share a little piece of my recent trip to Montana.

Tucked deep within the Mission Mountains of northwestern Montana lies one of the most incredible wedding sites I’ve ever visited — . It’s luxury at its finest and truly a hidden gem. If you’re lucky enough to snag one of their few coveted weekends for weddings, you’ve hit the mountain venue jackpot!

I can’t wait to return in Spring 2026 to design an unforgettable weekend filled with glamping, adventure, and Montana magic.
