🚗 Parking Lot Notice – Please Read 🚗

Our parking lot is private property and reserved for Pro Tan clients only.

Today, due to the weather, our snow plow was unable to properly clear our parking lot because vehicles were parked here by individuals visiting another business, The Gathering Room. This prevented us from maintaining safe and accessible parking for our customers.

We want to be transparent that we have taken every reasonable step to prevent this issue:
• Parking signs are clearly posted on our building
• The Gathering Room’s rental agreement explicitly states that guests are not allowed to park in Pro Tan’s lot and requires renters to initial acknowledgment
• Additional signage is posted at The Gathering Room’s entrance and inside the building

We truly strive to be good neighbors. However, when half of our parking spaces are occupied by non-customers, and we are unable to have our lot properly maintained, it becomes a serious concern for the safety and convenience of our clients.

We kindly ask everyone to respect our parking lot so we can continue providing a safe, accessible experience for those visiting Pro Tan.

We have had to turn away a few people this month so i wanted to post the that we have had cancellations for the following dates:

June 13th, all day
June 14th, all day
June 20th, all day
June 21st, 7pm-1am
June 27th, all day
June 28th, 7pm-1am

If you have a reservation now until April 30th, 2020 we are offering you to move your date free of charge or accept a credit for your rental for up to 6 months from your original booking. If you have any questions or would like to adjust your booking please call us between 8-5. 641-682-5700.
