We had one return due to "THE LIGHTS FLASH!"

Please note, these have 3 modes, fast, medium and slow flash of these colored LEDs. There is no "constant on" so if that's what you're looking for, these Limbo Wands won't do that. The fast flash mode looks like they are constantly on though.

One of our challenges is shipping something this size, we work with the USPS and they are the best we've found for price and getting these delivered quickly, plus they have Saturday delivery.

We've had some challenges due to the USPS damaging these in transit so please let us know if it arrives damaged and we will help get your problem fixed as quickly as possible. We've also insured these now and we should be able to get you a new one re-shipped quickly if anything happens, but if so, please save your packaging and take a few pictures if it gets damaged.

This isn't a regular occurrence but it still happens more than we like. We also do ship pretty quickly and you will find it will usually arrive sooner than the Amazon predicted arrival date.
