It all started over 20 years ago with a borrowed smoker for a work event—and sparked a passion that would grow into something much bigger. That single moment ignited a vision: to create BBQ that not only tastes incredible, but also brings people together and feeds both body and soul.
At Wild Hogz BBQ, we believe great food is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. Barbecue has a way of connecting people, evoking memories, and taking us back to our roots. Whether it’s a backyard gathering or a community event, our goal is to create moments that matter—one plate at a time.
Driven by that vision, we got to work. From building a custom reverse-flow smoker using recycled materials to serving small events, every step was fueled by passion and purpose. Recognizing a need for high-quality BBQ in our community, the next milestone was bringing a classic back to life—a 1968 Chevrolet P-30 food truck, fully remodeled and ready to serve.
