Marcella Senti and Stevie Bullard started .reaching.out back in 2014 and inspired this entire water project. Without GRO, and their dedication to women’s education (intrinsically tied to clean water access), none of this would be possible.

This team meets weekly to organize our budget, choose well sites, communicate with contractors, and more!

Fun fact:
This team operates on a hybrid schedule! We have team members working in Wisconsin, New York City, AND Malawi!! 🇲🇼

Members of our operations team Steve, Paul, and tom will leave on July 5th to visit Malawi!

Favorite Dance Genre:
Hip Hop because it's so much fun and it's a dance that requires a lot of energy

Favorite Richard’s Memory:
Meeting new people is my favorite part of Richards

I am probably gonna take a gap year and work then go to college

Favorite Dance Genre:
My favorite discipline would be lyrical not just because I can show my emotions through dancing, but because it allows me to try and tell a story from the movements.

Favorite Richard’s Memory:
Although I have many, one of my favorite memories from Richard's was from one of the recitals when I was little, getting to be paired in the buddy system and looking up to all the older girls I admired.

Plans After Graduation:
Fox Valley Technical College - I will be in the Veterinary Technician Program, and working full time at the Animal Hospital of Oshkosh in the summer.

Favorite Dance Genre:
I love doing hip hop because you get to have attitude and a big personality while dancing. I also love the fast paced steps and up beat music.

Favorite Richard’s Memory:
Getting to grow up with everyone and becoming a family with them over the years. As well as missing recital one year due to breaking my toe right before my first number.

My favorite memory would be the Aerial showcase performance I did to Zero to Hero because I just got to have fun with it.
