The Culver Family Welcome Center was designed to host a variety of different events, ranging from wedding ceremonies and receptions to corporate meetings and non-profit fundraising events. We offer updated audiovisual and presentation technology in each space and an experienced event staff that is ready to help you plan your next meeting or gathering! • Beautiful lobby space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and brick fireplace
• A modern, yet elegant Ballroom space, capable of seating 350 for dinner events
• A 36-person executive board room equipped with virtual meeting capabilities
• Four well-equipped, 40-person breakout rooms.
• Outdoor function areas, including a patio and gas fire pit.

The Culver Family Welcome Center serves as the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s “front door,” welcoming you to the university and the city of Oshkosh.

Perfect for corporate events, university organization events, weddings and more, the beautiful, 22,000-square-foot facility is home to a high-quality conference and event center.

Located on the Fox River, the Welcome Center boasts features such as:

• Contemporary event spaces for groups of 5 to 500. • A 500-person ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. • A 36-person executive board room perfect for meetings. • Four well-equipped, 40-person breakout rooms. • Outdoor function areas, including a patio and gas fire pit.
