😀My Vision, LLC is hiring to fill several Junior and Senior Crew positions for our fleet of food trucks/trailers: Inferno Subs🔥, Legendary Gyros🥙 and Golden Gourmet WaffleSticks✨!
💥We are a long-time operator with a stellar reputation for providing premium quality food and exceptional, speedy service. Our team strives to make people smile, learn and grow together, find solutions and take initiative, work and win as a team, have fun, celebrate success and see the best in others. Our job openings are for Junior Crew and Senior Crew to be cross-trained in all three divisions, working one or multi-day local and/or out of town community, public and private events (music festivals, county fairs, business celebrations, food truck rallies, etc.)
💥The main schedule is outlined at least one month in advance, making it easy for our team members to plan vacations and other personal activities throughout the summer. Weekly hours average out to approximately 25 per week, with some weeks being 40+ and some weeks being under 20, based on the events schedule. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced, fun environment with shifting priorities. We offer weekly direct deposit for pay.

Key responsibilities of our team members include:
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Energetic and a skilled multi-tasker
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately and quickly fulfilling customer food orders
• Complete knowledge of menu and compliance with all procedures across all divisions
• Keeping a positive attitude while facing each task (even tough ones) and adapting to changes as they arise
• Food prep
• Capable of standing and walking for up to 6 or more consecutive hours
• Accurate cash handling skills
• Capable of clearly communicating and quickly understanding guest and associate directions in loud environments.
• Ensuring the trailer is clean (inside and out) post-rush and throughout each shift
• Assistance with set up and tear down of trailer at each event
• Successfully passing pre-employment and ongoing background checks
• Having reliable transportation to local events

Our fleet of food trucks and concession trailers are sought after for many of Wisconsin's premier events, including Rock Fest, Force Fields, Hoofbeat, Lifest, Onefest, Symco Weekender, Brown County Fair, Fond du Lac Food Truck Rallies, and more! We are based in Neenah and also serve throughout the greater Fox Cities for single and multi-day community events, private parties, corporate celebrations and business lunches.
