Well… THAT was a party.❤️

THANK YOU to every single person who came out to celebrate 10 years of Croix-View Farm with us! Seeing so many friends, family, past couples, future couples, vendors and people who have been part of this crazy ride over the years meant more to me than I can say.

The music. The dancing. The drinks. The b**r pong. The flip cup. The laughs. You guys absolutely showed up and made it a night to remember. ❤️

Apparently somewhere during the planning process I forgot one small detail…

I am not 25. I am, in fact, 50.

And today my body has issued a VERY official reminder.

Also — I know there were a TON of pictures taken last night, and I definitely didn't get to see/capture everything! 📸 If you have photos or videos from the Barn Bash, PLEASE upload them to the album linked below. I would love to have them all in one place and see the night through everyone else's eyes.

Seriously, thank you. Ten years of Croix-View has been one heck of a ride, and getting to celebrate it with all of you was pretty damn special.

Now if anyone needs me, I'll be recovering from being 25 for one night.

It’s been a wild and crazy 10 years.

I continue to be so thankful for all the stories, friendships, families and LOVE that have filled this beautiful barn. And honestly, thankful doesn’t even begin to describe this journey.

As I finished mowing today for another weekend of weddings—and after spending the last two days working on a new project to make this property even better—I couldn’t help but think about where it all started.

Big dreams started this place. And even bigger dreams continue to shape it.

I will never forget the 14 couples who said YES to Croix-View in year one. They toured this barn in the heart of construction.

No floor.
No lights.
No bar.
No ready room.
No ceremony site.

But we DID have a website, a whole lot of faith, and a passion for creating a place where someone's forever could begin.

And somehow…they saw it too.

Ten years later, here we are.

Grateful. Proud. Still dreaming.

We had such a fun time walking in the Osceola parade today thanking the community for 10 years of welcoming our couples and their families and promoting our upcoming Anniversary Party on the 26th.....The Barn Bash!

I am pretty sure us GenX women should be glad we have any hair at all with all the crimping we did! Yikes.

Who's already working on their RAD outfit!?!?

I came across this picture tonight and had one of those “Oh my gosh, I forgot we used to do that” moments.

Those are our original ceremony “pews” — hay bales and planks, loaded up on the trailer and ready for another Saturday wedding.

For the first couple of seasons, we hauled those bales out EVERY Saturday, laid the planks across them…and then every Sunday, we took it all apart and stacked it back up again.

Why? Because I was convinced if we left them sitting in the yard all week, they’d kill the grass. And apparently THAT was where I drew the line.

It’s funny looking back at pictures like this and remembering just how much has changed.

We didn’t start with everything we have today. We started with a barn, some hay bales, a whole lot of ideas…and apparently a strong commitment to lawn preservation.

Little by little, wedding by wedding, project by project, Croix-View Farm became what it is today.

And somehow, TEN YEARS have gone by.

We’re looking forward to celebrating that milestone on September 26th — and we’d love to celebrate it with so many of the people who have been part of the story along the way.
