Want to feed everyone something special? Look no further.

Happy Pre-Thanksgiving/Football season! We want to serve ya'll! Veteran owned business/Clarkston Grad of 2010 here.

Things are getting colder and we will be cooking but not offering window service at our trailer during this winter season. I (Zechariah) will be happily shoveling fuel into Gordita (our smoker) through any condition all winter long.

We DO offer some pretty awesome pickup deals on smoked items such as Brisket, Pork Ribs, Beef Cheeks, Dino Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Turkey, Turkey Breast, Turkey Legs, Beef Shank and multiple other items. All are hardwood smoked with NO other elements used (gas/electric naw) on our built in Mesquite Texas big ol' smoker.

We will be taking orders for pickup Sunday 11-1pm every week. Order cutoff date is thursday of each week.
For instance this is November 5th (Wednesday). If you wanted some bbq for the friends and family - tomorrow (November 6th) at 11.59 pm would be the last chance to get your order in. I wish I could give a shorter order ahead period but it's a LOT of shopping/prep work behind the scenes to get it done.

Thanksgiving cutoff is November 23rd at 11.59pm and the only thing we plan on doing are whole turkeys (avg 15lbs) each one is $100 and will come in a whole serving tray piping hot ready for service. We can possibly be persuaded to make something else if demand is there. We have a 50 spot limit on turkeys (that's all I can fit) and a limited run on other orders.

A deposit of half is required at time of order - the rest on pickup.
