At 8:30 p.m. the night before the event, my client reached out in a panic after the person they had hired completely ghosted them before her daughter's baby shower.

With very little time to prepare, we made it happen—and the final result was absolutely breathtaking.

You see the finished backdrop… but you don't see this part. 😅🎨

When Tucson finally got a monsoon, I thought, "Perfect! My garage will finally be cool enough to paint."

Spoiler alert: it wasn't. 😂 This Arizona girl was sweating through the humidity instead of our usual dry heat.

Painting. Waiting for coats to dry. Cleaning brushes. Rolling another coat. Cleaning brushes *again.* Repeat. 😅

Creating custom backdrops takes a lot more than what you see on event day. There's so much work behind the scenes before they're standing behind a beautiful balloon installation, and while it's definitely not the glamorous part of running a business, seeing it all come together makes every sweaty minute worth it. 🤍
