Wow! Was going through some old emails and came across the most costly mistake I ever made catering thus far, lol
A copy of receipt from Barbers for (10) 100ct boxes of oysters for Biketoberfest at OB's in DeLand.
That was the year, 5 years ago, when the hurricane turned East in the Gulf instead of heading North.
I often tell this story to people explaining how important it is to keep an eye on the weather when you're an outside caterer. Funny, not funny.
Lesson learned.

Looks like I'm heading North....

Hi friends, fans and followers....

Can't give too much information away quite yet, so I'll just say I'm halfway excited to announce that
'Shuck You . Net' oysters on the go LLC will be launching, again after almost five years on hiatus,
The FAMOUS $1 Oyster Night!
But wait there's more......
Gonna have clams too! Mmmmm Bowl 'o Clams babies! Stuffed too... All new menu, better than before.

So much to share but we gotta wait to make sure the City, County and Department of Agriculture are all on the same page before initiating promotions, but I can say this..... in two weeks on Tuesday.....

Flagler..... unobstructed ocean view...... beach......
Full liquor / beer......other food options and......

One hell of a lot of dancing and fun. Shuck on!
