The night before an Orlando vacation usually includes one final check of everything.

Passports ready. Bags packed. Medications and childrenโ€™s essentials accounted for. Transportation confirmed.

Before your scheduled Majestic ride, your driver reaches out to confirm the pickup time, location and important reservation details. For MCO arrivals, we also review your flight information, destination and requested child car seats so everything can be prepared before you land.

Itโ€™s one less detail for your family to wonder about when travel day begins.

What is the one thing you always double-check before leaving for the airport?

Two rear-facing car seats, their double stroller rental, and a clean, spacious private vehicle are waiting here at MCO.

As a family-owned business, we know how much goes into traveling with children. Making your arrival easier is one of our favorite parts of the job.

Six passengers can arrive with six completely different amounts of luggage. ๐Ÿงณ๐Ÿงณ

When arranging private transportation, passenger count is only part of the picture. Checked suitcases, carry-ons, backpacks, strollers and requested car seats all affect the space your family needs.

Sharing the complete luggage list before arrival helps us confirm the appropriate vehicle and prepare the seating and cargo space in advance.

Which does your family bring more of:

checked suitcases or carry-ons?

A seven-hour flight delay can change the entire first day of a vacation. โœˆ๏ธ

One of our recent families arrived in Orlando in the middle of the night after a significant delay. We stayed in communication throughout the evening, tracked the updated arrival and were ready when they finally landed.

That family trusted Majestic for three rides during the same vacation: transportation to their hotel, their cruise transfer and the final ride back to the airport.

As Ashley shared in her review:

Delayed flights are stressful. Knowing who will be waiting when you land can make the arrival feel much easier.

Before the first mile, families notice the details. โค๏ธ

Is the vehicle clean? Is the requested car seat ready? Did the driver arrive on time? Does everyone feel comfortable after a long flight?

Those details may seem small, but they can make a big difference when a family is beginning an Orlando vacation with young children and luggage.

One recent guest described her experience with Majestic this way:
โ€œOn time, vehicle was top notch, clean and car seat was perfect!โ€

Weโ€™re grateful whenever a family trusts us to be part of their arrival.

The first hour in Orlando can set the tone for the entire vacation. โœˆ๏ธ๐ŸŒด

After a flight, families often need a few essentials before settling into their resortโ€”water, snacks, breakfast items or something the children will actually eat.

When arranged in advance, a brief grocery stop can be included with your private transportation so your family can take care of those necessities before reaching the resort.

Then the bags are unloaded, the children can settle in and vacation officially begins.

What is the first item your family buys after arriving in Orlando?
