Our amazing chocolate artist gives this inspiring recount of a recent event…..

“….340 corporate guests. Naples, Florida. A rare chocolate and salt experience.
I hand each person a piece of chocolate made from wild-harvested cacao—and tell them not to eat it. A wave of curiosity moves through the group in front of me
We begin in unison with one deep, cleansing breath… letting go ... The energy shift is amazing. I invite everyone to feel their feet on the floor, to soften their shoulders, to be fully present, here.
Then, I ask them to cuff their hands and bring the chocolate to their nose. Seventy-five percent of what you taste comes from aroma. The air hums with presence and discovery.
As they breathe in, I share the story of the Indigenous Chimane tribe in the Bolivian Amazon—how they spend months gathering wild cacao pods from trees that have never been farmed, gifts from Mother Earth herself.
Only then do they taste. Slowly. Mindfully. The flavors unfold like a revelation—rich, alive, sacred.
