This disease is real. Today myself and my two witnesses went to a hospital ICU for mobile notary services and saw a man that has Parkinson's disease.

Thank God he was found by his neighbor on the floor in his bathroom. He had been on the floor for two days and airlifted from Leesburg to Orlando.

After I did the service they were moving him out of ICU to a regular room. Once he is released from the hospital he will be going with his sister( that is a nurse) and brother in law to Tallahassee to live with them.

I can't mention any names here for confidential
privacy reasons but praying 🙏🏾 for God to watch over him and his family as he recovers.

Please make sure if you have this condition to have a Designation of Health Care Surrogate and Power of Attorney in place.

If you are not able to sign your name you can direct instruct a Notary to put your initials and notary initials, Notary signs your name and notary signs their name.

A notary public may sign the name of the person who signature is to be notarized when that person is physically UNABLE to sign or make a signature mark on a document if 117.05 ( 14) Florida statues and states the circumstances of the signing in the notarial certificate.

1. The person with the disability directs the notary to sign in his or her presence.

Florida notaries are able to swear in witnesses for administrative hearings. A notary public is able to assist with them administering and of and confirming the identity of a witness for testimonies taken by telephone.

The notary public shall provide a written certificate to be filed with the presiding officer confirming the identity of the witness and confirming the affirmation of oath by the witness.

In 2015, Darlene Bradley began experiencing cognitive problems, which led to a demotion at work, a setback she describes as one of the most difficult experiences in her life.

Two years later, Darlene retired after having an episode of transient global amnesia (TGA), in which she didn’t remember dancing with her son at his wedding. In wake of her TGA and ongoing cognitive struggles, Darlene volunteered for a clinical trial. In conjunction with her participation, she received testing and was diagnosed with younger-onset Alzheimer’s.
