Hi!! I’m Madeline, our Sales Director 👋🏻
I started as an Intern in 2019 as a UCF Rosen College of Hospitality student. I began scrubbing buckets, setting up events, and learning the art of floral design. Moving from Intern to Designer, I learned so much during those two wonderful years.
After graduating from UCF, I went off to gain sales experience in the hospitality industry. I rejoined the team in 2023 as our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where I helped our social media flourish and began bringing couples’ floral visions to life 💐
In 2026, I had the honor of becoming our Sales Director, taking on all weddings here at Bluegrass Chic - truly coming full circle from intern to being the friendly face all of our couples know and trust 💫
Two of my favorite moments in my role ⏭️🤍
1. The initial consultation 🩵
I love the magical moment in an initial consultation when I walk through their inspiration photos with them and can identify the elements they couldn’t quite name about why they like their look: something about the colors, the style, or the overall feel.
That moment when the couple realizes that I have understood something about their vision they couldn’t quite pin down themselves? This moment is why I do what I do!
2. Mockups! 🌸💐
Mockups are SO FUN! It is such a special moment to see, in real time, the couple’s excitement and realization that I completely understood their look and physically brought it to life right before their eyes.
It’s so fun to bring them that joy and excitement for their wedding day, instantly bringing us closer and building a great foundation of trust (and peace of mind) before the big day.
I have two rambunctious 2 year old cats: Linus and Binx. They are great coworkers when I work from home, giving me the cutest kitty-breaks ever! 🐈🐈⬛
I recently got married in March of 2026! I learned that planning a wedding is even more stressful than I thought! There are so many things you constantly have to think about and worry about, so choosing vendors you completely trust to execute your vision is crucial for being able to re
