My husband and I got married at Cypress Grove Estate House on November 16, 2018. It was absolutely beautiful!! From the beginning, Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to emails, questions and to help us with referrals. Big City Catering also did an amazing job with the catering. Their servers and bartenders were friendly and professional. We could not recommend this venue enough. Our wedding day was perfect and I am so thankful for all who helped us along the way.
Beautiful place, but don't think for a minute you are allowed to finish anything. That banquet staff is a nightmare. Water glass gone! Plates of food, whisked away mid fork. God forbid you want to finish that drink! We asked several times for them not to touch items on our table unless they asked but the staff would look you in the eye, smile, and take whatever they could while you danced. Every table complained but they ignored us all. You are getting paid to serve guests at a wedding, let them enjoy the food and drink on their tables for God sakes.
Hello - I would like the owner/ manager and/ or director the the Cypress Grove Estate House to get in contact with me ASAP. I held a baby shower at the Grove House on 10/20 and was provided with disrespectful customer service (by Liz - a staff member) upon my follow up inquiry. Based on this experience, I would not utilize the space again nor recommend a friend. I look forward to a response anf follow up by the appropriate party. Thank you!
11 years ago we got married at cypress grove - returned today with our children - photo skills by the 9 year old are not up to the professional photographer skills but he did his best XX
