As the day went on, what started as a carefully planned schedule slowly turned into a logistical game of Tetris. Add in Florida’s weather doing its best impression of an action movie, and it made for a very interesting evening!
The good news? Our amazing team of drivers pulled together and got every customer where they needed to be. There was plenty of teamwork, communication, and even a little “tag team driving” towards the end of the night as airport delays and baggage claim wait times continued to grow.
We always aim to have your scheduled driver there to greet you, but on days like today, sometimes we need to make a last-minute adjustment to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. If that happens, we’ll always do our best to let you know and provide the details of who will be meeting you instead.
