Starters: Oyster Rockefeller & Seared Scallops & Shrimp with Mango Chutney

Greens: Mixed Field Green Salad with sliced Bosc pear, candied walnuts & dried cranberries in a citrus vinaigrette

Main: Short Rib Duchess – Red w**e braised short rib accompanied by Duchess whipped potatoes & honey-glazed roasted baby carrots

Dessert: Pumpkin Cheesecake with a gingersnap crust & espresso whipped cream
