“A moment I’m really proud of was during a particularly challenging project where we were all stretched thin. Despite the pressure, our team came together, supported one another, and pushed through. That experience reminded me why I love working at Zenith — we’re not just co-workers, we’ve always got each other’s backs.”

Team Spotlight: James Herington
Title: Operations Manager

A moment he’s especially proud of:
“The most memorable for myself was being able to attend LDI earlier on in my years with the company with not only the founder of Zenith, but more importantly my dad (Chas Herington). Being able to attend LDI and walk the floor with him gave me a great and deep appreciation for the impact he's had in the industry through his life and it made me feel extremely proud to be blessed to follow suite and walk down a similar path in an amazing industry and work with some of the same amazing people he's worked with through an entire career. Having had that opportunity has and probably will be my most cherished memory while working in the industry.”

His favorite part of the job is:
“The culture and being able to show up and work alongside like minded individuals each day who appreciate me as much as I do them knowing we have each others backs.”
