Capturing keynotes, candid moments, and brand experiences with marketing in mind. is made up of two equally awesome photographers, Kellie Warren and Lindsay Widdall. They were put on this earth to create, document and produce unique imagery that tells a great story. Some people describe them as awesome; like their mom's. But let's be serious for a second. Kellie & Lindsay bring their own brand of dedicated passion to their work. A design background and forward thinking pushes them to create something new. They are known for great customer service and an easy going attitude, making Dynamite Studio, Inc a well established and trusted company.

Marketing teams don't need 1,000 random event photos.

They need 1,000 opportunities.

One well-covered event can give your team content for:

📸 Executive posts
📸 Speaker promotion
📸 Social media
📸 Sponsor content
📸 Recruiting and company culture
📸 Website updates
📸 PR
📸 Next year's event marketing

The job isn't just to document what happened.

It's to anticipate what your marketing team will need before, during, and after the event, and photograph with those uses in mind.

That's a very different approach than simply handing over a giant folder of photos with no focus.

What does your team actually need from your event photographer?

DMCs, let's talk about what makes an event photographer easy to work with.

It's not just good photos. 📸

It's showing up prepared. Knowing the schedule. Finding the important moments without needing to be babysat. We know what you need. Staying out of the way when people are networking. Rolling with the inevitable schedule changes. Communicating when it matters. Delivering on time.

And knowing when to step in... and when to disappear into the background.

Because when you're managing an event, the last thing you need is another vendor to manage.

Good photography is important. Being an easy vendor to work with is part of the job, too.

DMCs, what's your biggest green flag when working with a vendor? 👇

What does a corporate event photographer actually do all day? 👀

A lot more than chase people around asking them to smile.

We’re watching the room, anticipating what’s about to happen, finding the good light (or making our own), keeping an eye on the speakers, catching genuine networking moments, looking for branding opportunities, and trying very hard not to drink too much coffee. 😂

The goal is to document the event without making people feel like they’re being documented.

Because the best event photos usually happen when people forget the camera is there.

📸 Conferences • Annual Meetings • Trade Shows • Corporate Events

Planning an event? Let’s talk.

A great event gallery should tell the story of the event, not just prove that people smiled. 😉

We’re looking for the big moments, the little moments, the branding, the energy, and everything in between.

Because your event deserves more than a folder full of grip and grins.

Save this for your next photographer briefing. 📸

It's National Service Dog Month in September! We attended Dogfest this morning and photographed it along with Gaia. Gaia, is the service pup we're raising for Canine Companions. She's 9 months old now! Shes grown up so fast. It was awesome hearing all the stories and seeing the pups who graduated and are now helping their people.

One thing we’ve learned from photographing a lot of corporate events: the photos you need after the event aren’t always the photos you think you need during it.

Here are three things we make sure we never miss:

📸 The audience

It’s easy to focus on the speaker, the stage and the big moments. But the audience tells the story of the event. The packed room, people laughing, listening, applauding and reacting to what’s happening.

Those photos are incredibly useful when you’re promoting next year’s event.

🤝 The sponsors

Sponsors deserve to be part of the story too.

We look for branded moments, activations, signage and, most importantly, people actually interacting with the sponsor. These images can be great for sponsor recaps, social media and showing future sponsors what being part of your event looks like.

💬 The networking

Some of our favorite images happen when nothing is officially happening.

People meeting for the first time. A handshake. A great conversation. Colleagues laughing together. Connections being made.

Those moments show potential attendees what it actually feels like to be at your event.

Because event photography isn't just about documenting what happened that day.

It’s about giving you a library of images you can use long after the event is over.

Social media. Email campaigns. Sponsor recaps. Press. Registration pages. Next year’s event promotion.

When we’re photographing an event, we’re always thinking beyond the day itself.

We’re thinking about what you’re going to need those photos for later.
