Tonda is a local cheese and w**e enthusiast with a passion for food and for the everyday celebration of life that happens around the dining table. Tonda’s Kitchen features contemporary American cuisine with an Italian edge, and focuses on small plate tapas. She’s committed to using local and organic products when possible while promoting community sustainability by using other homemade accompaniments from local sources.
