“Our contact person was Jaimz and she was absolutely wonderful! She kept clear communication and she made sure to send us any reminders and for someone who works a busy schedule it was very appreciated! The whole team was very helpful and supportive like when we changed the number of guests four different times, along with the amount of guests with food allergies. We got soooo many compliments on the mini beef wellingtons and the mojo pork AND they made sure to pack us leftovers which were very appreciated especially since my now husband and I were running around we barely ate during the event but thanks to them packing the food up we were able to eat some that night as we laughed and got to talk about the day. 10/10!”

"Big City Catering is absolutely the right choice for your weddings. Jaimz was amazing to work with. She was always available, made wonderful suggestions, and was super kind from start to finish. We had a ton of choices for food and went with the Southern buffet and the mashed potato bar. All of our guests raved that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The staff took such good care of us and made sure we had a sample of all the cocktail hour food, brought us plates of the main courses, and kept our drinks refilled the whole night. It was amazing and we felt so well taken care of. Our guests also complimented the staff and how great they were the whole night. Finally, the late night slider bite was the perfect end to our perfect day! I would not hesitate to work with Big City Catering again! Thank you so much for everything!!!"

"We used BCC as our wedding caterer in November 2024, and the experience was phenomenal. The food was of course delicious (guests are still complimenting us about it), and we also appreciated the serving team's dedication to making sure we actually ate and drank that night. But the aspect we were most blown away by was BCC's unparalleled flexibility and customization potential. Right away, the experience of choosing foods was unlike any other catering meeting we attended. They showed us probably close to 10 different sample menus and basically gave us free rein to start mixing and matching items however we pleased, while providing suggestions on dishes that they know work well together. We ended up with an eclectic menu that everyone says felt very "us." It was a fun combination of his Southern roots, my community's Indian cuisine, and some more tropical/seafood options to represent our home in Florida. I could go on about specific instances, but let me just say that from bar packages to budget concerns and dietary restrictions, BCC went above and beyond helping work with us to design a custom menu that exactly suited our needs. The price felt fair given the quality of food and service, and while I wouldn't say it's one of the cheaper options in the area, with the customization it ended up being a lot more affordable than some of the other more one-size-fits-all caterers in Orlando. Highly recommend!"
