The best part of working in the wedding industry is the element of surprise! Every day is different, every couple's love story is unique, every event is distinct from the last. I love the complete variety in what we do - each day brings something new, and we get to make it magical (and delicious!).

This style shoot is a perfect example. We are honored to be part of the Honey Acres Ranch vendor team, so of course we were super excited to be a part of this 🩷Retro Disco Styled Shoot🧡, organized by HAR's photographer .raephotos and wedding planner . The bright disco decor looked adorable against Honey Acres' more rustic feel, giving the whole shoot a warm and fun energy - and I thought our Modern Glam Tablescape fit perfectly with the aesthetic. ✨

We had a BLAST making this disco pink and orange cake. It was a more minimalist and modern design with a TON of color, and it was a style we had not done for a while (I got really into vintage piping and those shells are just TOO MUCH FUN to pipe!) so I was more than eager to get decorating. I was also really excited to make cupcakes for the shoot. We just launched our line of cupcakes this spring, and this was the FIRST photoshoot we have brought them to! 😍

All of this was such a fun experience, but the biggest surprise happened at the photoshoot itself. As we were setting up, we found out that our beautiful models, Alyscia and Chase, decided to get married during the style shoot! Our day became even more special. Congrats to our beautiful models!

Kayla & Jared's Dessert Table ~ 4.5.25

A stunning table at - Mims Blueberry Farm - for Kayla and Jared's Wedding!

They chose our Industrial Vintage Tablescape and added in their wedding colors - hues of dusty blue, grey, and white and blue florals with lots of greenery. The coloration gave a soft feminine edge to the tablescape. They chose our Cookie Heaven package; their menu included an assortment of gourmet cookies: Old Fashioned Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip, Blueberry Coffee Cake, and Kentucky Butter just to name a few! The table's centerpiece was the Sweethearts Cake - Red Velvet with horizontal design and blue baby's breath. What a stunning and delicious display! Congratulations!
