This upcoming Saturday we will be at the Get Hook’d Seafood Festival and we are serving up our Cajun boiled Peel & Eat Shrimp. We will be using our unique Cajun spice blend and serving them up with corn, potatoes, and Cajun Smoked Sausage, just like we do it back home in Cajun Country!
We will have our C’est Bon sauce available and we will also be serving up our Louisiana Best Stop Boudin Links! Come pass a good time, sha!
For those who saw our earlier post, we were really wanting to serve up the first crawfish of the season but the our farmers recently informed us that this year January is too early. That’s just how it goes if we want to serve them fresh. The weather throughout the winter season effects the yield.
