This upcoming Saturday we will be at the Get Hook’d Seafood Festival and we are serving up our Cajun boiled Peel & Eat Shrimp. We will be using our unique Cajun spice blend and serving them up with corn, potatoes, and Cajun Smoked Sausage, just like we do it back home in Cajun Country!

We will have our C’est Bon sauce available and we will also be serving up our Louisiana Best Stop Boudin Links! Come pass a good time, sha!

For those who saw our earlier post, we were really wanting to serve up the first crawfish of the season but the our farmers recently informed us that this year January is too early. That’s just how it goes if we want to serve them fresh. The weather throughout the winter season effects the yield.

Hey guys! We will be popping up at Hourglass Brewing THIS AFTERNOON from 4:30 PM till we sell out! If you have not tried our Cajun Smoked Sausage Poboys yet, you are in for a treat! We do it the authentic South Louisiana style with the one and only Jack Miller’s, Cajun BBQ sauce on every Poboy! And of course, we serve them with Zapps potato chips! And of course you know we will have Boudin! Come out and see us and pass a good time!

We are so grateful today that we won first place at a blind tasting at the Gumbo Wars held annually at Fish on Fire. We had multiple events this weekend so the whole team couldn’t be at the event this year but we want to send a shout out to owner Eliot Morgan who made this gumbo from scratch, Taylor and Alex Miguez, and Ethan Morgan who were all at separate places today.
