This spring, we transformed Garden Villa into two completely different event experiences designed to inspire clients and showcase the versatility of the venue.

🌙 Midnight in the Garden featured emerald lounge seating, disco balls, candlelight, and a statement checkered dance floor for a bold, editorial take on a luxury event.

🌸 A Garden Affair embraced a softer, romantic aesthetic with garden-inspired florals, an espresso cart, lounge vignettes, and an elevated cocktail-style atmosphere perfect for celebrating for any occasion.

We’re looking for a part-time Event and Wedding Coordinator to support our team throughout the summer and fall seasons in the FLX Region in NY.

Compensation is based on experience, with a starting rate of $20/hour (1099).

Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in events and weddings
-Strong time management skills
-Organized, detail oriented, and a self starter
-Reliable transportation
-Availability for evenings and weekends
