The inspo is pretty. Bringing it to life? That’s where the planner comes in.

A vision can start with a photo, a color palette, or one detail you can’t stop thinking about.

For this styled shoot at Garden Villa in Orlando, that inspiration came to life through bold pinks, tropical florals, colorful tablescapes, and a Bad Bunny-inspired casita that immediately set the
tone. 🌺✨

What made it even more special was the team behind it.

So many talented Latino wedding and event professionals came together to create something full of personality, collaboration, and cultural touches, including a Puerto Rican piragua cart. 🇵🇷🤍

As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, this felt like the perfect one to bring back.

As we begin Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re looking back at Stephanie + Terence’s wedding at Lake Mary Event Center and celebrating the heritage Stephanie carried with her into a day that
brought two families together.

Stephanie made her way down the aisle with her mom and stepdad by her side, while Terence entered with his mom. A live violinist set the tone as their families gathered to watch them become Mr. + Mrs. Hernandez. Later, Stephanie honored her mom with a bouquet dedication and shared a few special dances with her brothers.

Because heritage doesn’t always have to be the loudest detail in the room to be present. 🕯️

Sometimes it lives in the people beside you, the music, the family traditions you carry forward, and the way generations come together to celebrate.

That’s what thoughtful wedding planning makes space for.

Stephanie + Terence’s night continued with heartfelt toasts, family dances, a packed dance floor, and a glow-stick and sparkler sendoff surrounded by the people they love. ✨

Some love stories are meant to be celebrated a little more quietly. ✨

Earlier this summer, we had the honor of helping bring an intimate beach elopement to life along the Florida coast.

No large guest list. No packed reception. Just two people, the ocean, meaningful details, and a team of vendors there to make their day feel every bit as special as a grand celebration.

From the ceremony setup and delicate florals to a private cake cutting by the water, every detail was thoughtfully planned around what mattered most: them. 💜

Our Celebrations by Allie team handled the coordination and décor, working alongside an incredible photographer, videographer, florist, and officiant to create a seamless and intimate experience from beginning to end.

Because your wedding doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful.

It simply has to feel like yours. ✨

Incredible moments and details from the Levin wedding 🔥

The best parties are the ones people are still talking about on the way home. ✨

The food they went back for seconds of. The song that pulled everyone onto the dance floor. The photo booth pictures they couldn’t stop laughing at. The little details they kept pointing out to each other.

And Lynette’s surprise 50th gave them plenty to talk about. 🪩

Disco balls, neon details, good food, dancing, a 360 photo booth, and a room filled with the people who came together to celebrate her.

While guests were enjoying the party, there was an entire plan keeping the evening moving behind the scenes.

From coordinating the surprise and vendor setup to food stations, the bar, DJ, cake cutting, and every transition in between, each piece had its place.

Because thoughtful event planning isn’t about creating a night where guests notice the logistics. It’s about creating one where they never have to. 🤍

Coffee and a sweet treat arriving at just the right point in the afternoon. ☕️ ✨

For Mission Grove at Stoneybrook’s grand opening in Winter Garden, every element had a purpose. Guests were welcomed with signature drinks, hors d’oeuvres, live music, and a PhotoBooth before gathering for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Later, the experience shifted again with a coffee cart, flower bar, take-home treats, and light music for guests to continue connecting and celebrating. 🤍

And that’s where thoughtful event planning goes beyond choosing what looks good.

It’s considering when guests will arrive, where they’ll naturally gather, what they’ll experience next, how vendors move through the space, when an activation should open, and how every piece works together without competing for attention.
