The other week I mentioned Nicolette and Blakes's cocktail // mocktail menu and wanted to share what went into creating their signature menu. In our initial phone consult, they had told me they were planning for ~100 people, 20% of that number being kids. Since these 3 drinks were going to be the focal point of the beverage services I provided, I wanted to include those who were underage in the fun as well. After narrowing down the spirits they wanted to serve, I came up with multiple options for the His/Hers and Theirs beverages and also included a mocktail version of it as well. Not only was this a win for the kids if they chose to partake, but it was also a win for the handful of guests who did not want alcohol.

Creating a menu like this was not only super fun, but fairly easy as well. If you're planning a party but are unsure how to include NA drinkers//kids, reach out and let me help!

Here's a few pictures from a wedding Nikki and I bartended last month. Blake and Nicolette were so much fun to work with! We went all out with with 3 specialty cocktails // mocktails (which I'll talk about later on!), 2 infused waters and a variety of NA beverages for the kids 😃

𝙊𝙣 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮'𝙨 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙆 💕 During our consults, if I ever ask "what's your favorite color" it's because I'm trying to match your speciality cocktail to it! If you know me, pink will always be my personal favorite, but I've also done some amazing ombre, blue, and purple cocktails 😍 Disclaimer: Not my photo, butttt we're getting close to summer so a quick fun Pink Drink you can make at home is this spiked pink lemonade and vodka (Deep Eddy's Lemonade if you really like citrus!) then garnish with a lemon wheel and raspberry or strawberry 🍋🍓

Yesterday I had the pleasure of making a variety of mocktails for the teachers at Treadway Elementary for teacher appreciation week 📓✏️🍎 The top 2 faves were the Monday Blues and Peach Out! I spent the day prior making homemade lemonade then infusing it overnight with muddled blueberries. I also made a strawberry and peach simple syrup that also chilled overnight and topped it off with club soda to order.
