Not a huge cake person and you don’t want to spend a fortune on one for your wedding? Well here are a few reasons why cupcakes may be a better option:

1.)Depending on the bakery…cupcakes could definitely be more cost efficient. Some bakeries give great discounts per cupcake when you buy so many.
2.)Cupcakes are a great portion size for dessert.
3.)Cupcakes can be self serve which can cut cost on having a staff member cutting and serving cake.
4.) And did I mention that they are so darn DELICIOUS & CUTE? lol 🧁

Whew, what a great question! I’ll start! ✋🏽The greatest piece of advice I can offer is to hire a professional videographer if the budget allows. I really wish I would have. 😩Photography is certainly great at capturing beautiful moments but I believe videography is great at capturing all of the beautiful moments in action. 🎥👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️

A deposit...not a contract.

An email, phone call or text thread with a vendor offering or discussing services and or prices...not a contract.

There is nothing more unnerving for a planner than going over service agreements with clients or attempting to clear up confusion about agreed upon services, only to realize there was never a contract signed to begin with. A BIG NO NO!

Please please please wonderful couples, when booking any services (even services offered for free) make sure to request, review and sign a contract! 💍👰🏽‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️📑🧾🖊
