Health is wealth couldn't be a truer statement! I drink a cup every morning to jump start my day, Anti-inflammatory detox tea: tumeric, ginger, mint, lime, fresh cracked black pepper to help the body absorb the tumeric. Add about a teaspoon of honey if too tart. I like to add a little coconut milk to mine😋😋🤟🏾🤟🏾❤❤
