Join us in welcoming carolynfriedlander to the shop this Saturday to celebrate her just released fabric collection with ★ RUBY STAR SOCIETY ★ 🎉

Carolyn will be here from 1-4 with her gorgeous quilts (and quilt-adjacent projects) made with her signature fabrics. It’s a great opportunity to meet Carolyn, discuss all things quilty, hear about her new sew along and online workshop, and see all her fabulous quilts and fabric in person!

Our shipment of her fabrics just arrived, and we stock each and every one of the 28 quilting cottons and 5 canvas prints!

Feel free to bring any projects made using Carolyn’s fabrics and/or patterns. I know she would love to see them. You may also want to bring quarters for our new mini art vending machine (*squeals in excitement*)!

The Craft Table still has signed copies available of Eli’s novel Stitched for preorder! The release date is right around the corner which gives you plenty of time to read it (I’ve already read it and loved it!!) before he joins us in November for our book club event.

We are counting down the days!!

With great pleasure, I’m happy to report that I have two very special Memento events this month. Both are in the Central Florida area, and I’d love to see you! 💛

// Saturday August 15 (updated date!) we’ll be celebrating at Sew Creative Fabrics And More in Lake Wales, my home town. 🥳 (Pro tip: For anyone traveling in for the day, Bok Tower Gardens is a must-see if you have the time.)

Saturday August 22 the party will be at The Craft Table in Orlando. 🙌 I’m really looking forward to this event too! It’s a lovely spot, and we’ll have some fun!

At both events, I’ll be able to bring plenty of quilts. In addition to all of the new ones, are there any you want to make sure I bring? ✨

Our summer hand embroidery stitch along starts today, and the first video is available on YouTube (if you’re subscribed to the stitch along list, the newsletter went out before the link went live but it’s up now)! There’s a link in our bio for the Playlist, and here’s the schedule for June. Today is getting ready for the stitch along by gathering and preparing our supplies. Next week we begin embroidering! There’s still time to join in the fun 🧵

Join us this Saturday (May 16) for our monthly Open Studio. Stop by between 11 and 2 to stitch, shop, and socialize! I am taking a break from Open Studios for the months of June and July, so get your fix while you can 😉

For those who preordered summer stitch along supplies, I have my fingers crossed that they will be ready for pickup on Saturday (there have been a few hiccups with deliveries), but if not, we are on schedule for the May 20th date 🤞

Thanks to everyone who came out for yesterday’s Open Studio! It’s always nice to stitch and chat with friends 🧵

Our next in person event is a timely (think Mother’s Day and graduation) hand embroidery class to make a compact mirror.
