We brought out the Bouji Cart for our first event, the Sunday Social with Alma Swim Foundation and The Chocolate Mermaid,

We did fresh fruit and parfaits and delicious toppings…nuts, granola, fresh mint, caramel, honey, and four different flavors of tajin.

Thanks so much for all of the great feedback, we can’t wait to serve you again!

Did you know? 🍉💛

Most people have never tried a yellow watermelon. It isn’t unripe or genetically modified. It’s a naturally occurring variety that’s sweeter than traditional red watermelon, with subtle notes of honey and tropical fruit. It also contains vitamins A and C to help support your immune system and healthy skin.

If you’ve never had one, now’s the time. 💛

Fresh Yellow Watermelon Cups
🍉 $5 each

🚗 Delivery available (minimum $20 order + $5 delivery fee)

Y’all know I love food that actually does something.

This bowl is packed with ingredients that support the body in different ways. Hydration from cucumber. Bromelain from pineapple to support digestion. Antioxidants from red onion. Vitamin C from fresh lemon. Apple c***r vinegar for blood sugar support. Cayenne for a little metabolic and circulation boost.

It tastes good, but I made it because my body benefits from it too.

Replace one of your snacks for a week and watch how good your body feels. Allow us to prep your healthy snacks for the week.

She’s almost ready. 🥂✨

The Bouji Brunches cart is officially in its final build phase, and baby… this next chapter is about to be cute, flavorful, and fully outside.

This isn’t just a cart. It’s a whole mobile experience.

Think elevated charcuterie, signature fruit displays, Bouji Bark, sweet treats, grab and go offerings, interactive grazing moments, seasonal menus, and that pretty little “oh, you brought Bouji Brunches?” energy at your event.

And yes, the menu is expanding too.

Sweet Dust
Cowboy Candy
Cowboy Fruits
Pickled Eggs
Pickled Vegetables
Signature Seasonings

All the bold, sweet, tangy, crunchy little things that make people circle back to the table like they “just wanted to see what else was there.” Mmhmm. We know.

The cart will be available for private events, pop ups, showers, weddings, corporate events, community events, and anywhere that needs good food with a little extra style.

The next chapter of Bouji Brunches is almost here.

Follow the build. Tell your people. Start thinking about where you want her to pull up first.
