What Is a Day-of Wedding Coordinator? A day-of wedding coordinator is a person responsible for making sure the wedding day is executed perfectly. My role includes managing the timeline, overseeing vendors and wedding party arrival and placement, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities.

I am confident I will do what you want so your day runs smooth!

I love weddings. Coordinating weddings, for me, is truly fulfilling work. It is a really special and unique thing to be invited into one of the most intimate days of peoples’ lives.

Some people hear I coordinate weddings and say, “Oh my goodness, I don’t know how you do that. That sounds so stressful!”

I enjoy handling that stress for the bride on her day. My experience and training have taught me what it takes, so my couples AND their families can truly enjoy one of the most momentous days of their lives with all their closest friends and family surrounding them. To me, that’s what it’s really about!

On average, a wedding planner costs $1,800- 2,000 for a range of service packages. Higher-end estimates are over $4,000 while low ranges with minimal assistance can run several hundred dollars. Some wedding planners offer different levels of coordination to match both your budget and desired level of service.

My services will include:

Day-of Wedding Coordination

For those who are comfortable securing all their vendors and doing most of their wedding planning themselves, but want to ensure all their planning is executed flawlessly the day-of:

-Up to 8 hours of event coordination the day-of the Event

-Rehearsal Coordination the day prior to the event

-One site inspection/walk-through day prior to the event

-Timeline and event flow creation for Day of event.

-Meet vendors at venue for site inspections and coordination the day of the event.

-Up to 4 hours planning, as follows:

~Initial meeting (timeline creation, vendor info)

~Venue walk-through, create schematic diagram

~Wrap-up Meeting (about one to two weeks prior), confirm and finalize all wedding details.

~Additional e-mail, phone, and text communication as needed

-Vendor final payment/tip distribution as long as this is discussed in full. (I typically do not want to handle your cash)

- Tying up and loose ends or errands for the Bride.

It’s almost another school year! I’m finally almost to summer vacation after teaching summer school! I’d appreciate all you could do to help. Teaching is such a wonderful job but it takes a village to do it! If you can help I would great appreciate it! Plus it’s prime day too! 🤗 📚
