Why month of coordination is not enough:
In theory, month-of coordination sounds like the perfect balance. You plan everything, and we step in at the end to execute.
But here’s the truth most couples don’t realize:
By 30 days out, most of the critical decisions have already been made.
*Contracts are signed.
*Timelines are loosely formed.
*Vendors have been hired.
*Logistics have been assumed instead of confirmed.
And the details:
*The flow of your ceremony.
*The cadence of dinner service.
*The lighting transition at golden hour.
*Who is cueing the band.
*Who is managing family dynamics.
*Who is protecting your peace.
Those things don’t come together in four weeks.
True coordination begins months before. Building timelines intentionally, confirming vendor alignment, troubleshooting gaps, refining the guest experience, and making sure no one feels stress except us ♥️
