Things I will never tell a bride to do:

Invite someone just because you feel guilty.

Spend money on something you genuinely don’t care about because “everyone does it.”

Have a huge wedding when what you really want is an intimate one.

Change your entire vision because someone else has an opinion.

Spend your wedding day worrying about whether everyone else is having a good time.

Follow a wedding trend just because it’s trending.

Pretend you’re not stressed when you are.

Your wedding doesn't have to impress everyone.

It should feel like you.

And sometimes the best planning advice is knowing what you don't need to do.

Why month of coordination is not enough:

In theory, month-of coordination sounds like the perfect balance. You plan everything, and we step in at the end to execute.

But here’s the truth most couples don’t realize:

By 30 days out, most of the critical decisions have already been made.

*Contracts are signed.
*Timelines are loosely formed.
*Vendors have been hired.
*Logistics have been assumed instead of confirmed.

And the details:

*The flow of your ceremony.
*The cadence of dinner service.
*The lighting transition at golden hour.
*Who is cueing the band.
*Who is managing family dynamics.
*Who is protecting your peace.

Those things don’t come together in four weeks.

True coordination begins months before. Building timelines intentionally, confirming vendor alignment, troubleshooting gaps, refining the guest experience, and making sure no one feels stress except us ♥️

I had the opportunity to coordinate a wedding at this beautiful venue. The views and the property are stunning. No question about that. What I love about the indoor space is it is clean and it is modern but it can be a blank slate. You have the ability to be create whatever type of floor plan or layout that you are envisioning for your event. You get the space Friday through Sunday, so it gives you the flexibility of doing everything you need to do for setup and breakdown so you don't feel rushed. It really is such a beautiful space and property!

Florals.

Florals are the biggest statement piece. Just my opinion 😘

Bring in different colors and textures. This can change the whole design. When you work closely with a wedding planner or a wedding coordinator, we can give you tips on how to utilize florals with multiple purposes.

Repurpose, reuse, redesign. Florals can have such an impact!

Just to note: Amore and their team can collect those at the end of the evening to deliver to multiple nursing homes and assisted living facilities to continue sharing the sweet love of flowers! 🌼🌹🌷
