To honor the many happy unions that have launched from this very site, the sanctuary is decorated like a wedding chapel. You can pose for a special photograph, enjoy some tasty desserts (including snacks and chocolate), and bring wine or other beverages to sip or share while visiting with friends and neighbors.

Most of all, bring your fiancé/best friend/spouse/partner/significant other/family to enjoy a pleasant afternoon in this historic setting. Bring a poem to read if you like – we’ll have an ‘open mic’ poetry slam. Read your own work or a favorite you’d like to share!

We’ll have updates on future events for the Pioneer Church and Baker Cabin throughout 2023. We’d love to see you there. This event is free and open to the public.

Congratulations Chris and Lara. Married May 14, 2022 at The Foundry at Oswego Pointe . Such a beautiful wedding ceremony on the platform over the Willamette River. I don't have ceremony pics since I was performing the ceremony but here are some from the indoor setup for reception taken pre-ceremony.

So this doesn't happen every day! Cowpocolypse on I-5 both directions. At wedding time only 3 guests had arrived. So we waited a while to start.

A crash has caused I-5 to close in both directions.
