There’s just something special about a barn full of string lights, farm views, rustic tablescapes, and food that makes guests stop mid-conversation to say, “Wait… what is this?!”

On May 16th, 2026, Roots Catering made history!

We had the incredible honor of catering the Humane Society Gala for 280 guests — with 20+ amazing kitchen and serving staff working together to bring the evening to life.

The night included a beautiful charcuterie display, tons of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner service that our team executed with professionalism, care, and pride.

This was a big deal for Roots.

A milestone event.
A full-team effort.
A night we will never forget.

We are so proud of our staff for showing up, stepping up, and proving what this team is capable of.

Thank you to the Humane Society for trusting Roots Catering with such an important evening. We are grateful, proud, and excited for what’s ahead.
