Aussie girl glam is everywhere right now. Google searches for it are up over 1000% this quarter. Bronzed skin, glossy lips, that just-back-from-vacation look.
I love it. I use it constantly.
Just not for the ceremony.
Under a camera flash, that soft undone base can read flat instead of glowing. And the whole appeal of the look is that it feels undone, which isn't always what you want staring back at you in your formal portrait 20 years from now.

This morning started with a bare face and a coffee, and ended with this. 🤍

Nothing gets me more excited than a wedding morning — the nerves, the dress finally coming out of the bag, watching a bride see herself pulled together for the first time. This one had the soft glow and the dress absolutely stole the show too.
